i can see its just going to go on forever, it is an intrinsic problem with public boards, you can't expect people to show any consideration or restraint and they don't , just milk your valuable time for their own amusement

i will answer most private contacts, but when i don't reply to you sepehr its because we are "divorced" and if i never heard from you again, it would be great !

now i can start to recover my life abit ! :o)

what is the purpose of this blog ?

1. it is to provide links to my pages where i think there is a particular reference to zen or of interest

2. its intended to have a low volume and not very taxing comments section that acts of a sort of "help desk" for those interested in taking advantage of my experience in zen and "quality mysticism" and naturally if you would do that you would think i must basically know what i am on about !

3. if you basically disagree with me, which for example the posters zakaj and sepehr do, then our views are always going to clash and we end up with the PTSD type situation of reddit zen which is basically an endless dispute about who is right . -

4. if you don't think i know what i am on about just do not post !

you have your own agendas and interests and why you cannot see that you should follow these interests and pursue them rather than be constantly in conflict with me i do not know !

your views are different , go the ways your views direct and don't be hypocrites sucking up my energy because i am the only authenticity you can find !

that is everyone seems to spring to their own agendas, you just can't leave the comments section alone like brad warner does, i find that approach too destructive to oneself personally . .

either I was lucky or the light and the temple themselves emanate beauty ... that's my wife and my mother-in-law

I suck at taking pictures but I think that was is quite successful, either I was lucky or the light and the temple are just so beautiful that you can't make a bad photo !

the first two pics are of Kaidan-in which is perhaps one of the most important Buddhist structures in all Japan. It was in this building that Mahayana Buddhists declared their independence from the Hinayana Buddhists of Nara. The structure itself was built to commemorate the death of Saicho (767-822), the founder of the Tendai sect... this is where Dogen, Nichiren, Shinran, Eisai, Ippen, all of the big names of Japanese Buddhism , practiced and were ordained

i presume you used a digital camera and i think one reasons the photos came out so well is the light was bright, but diffused which is what it takes to make digital cameras shine, they especially don't like the light being too dull !
