this blog is the continuation of a genuine mystical tradition, unless you get in daily contemplative time and abstain to a significant degree from "entertainment" then you are just wasting your time and mine !
do you think i'd benefit from taking a thyroid supplement like this one ?: http://www.luckyvitamin.com/p-171281-ultra-enterprises-raw-thyroid-200-mg-90-tablets?utm_source=googlebase&utm_medium=fpl&utm_term=UltraEnterprisesRawThyroid200mg90Tablets&utm_content=108939&utm_campaign=googlebase&site=google_base&scid=scplp2948971&gclid=CjwKEAjw55K4BRC53L6x9pyDzl4SJAD_21V1-5Otth6g6an-W3UsBnCG_LO_q7sEtKHaUlc6yNaY1RoCrTzw_wcB#reviews
the first guy connerji was full of bullshit, the other guy, toni law looked ok, the woman sounded realistic as well, has a lot of travel experience which certainly broadens the outlook !
i'm pretty gullible so have got burnt by people over the years and am much more cautious now . .
people just will not show you the same consideration as you show them so now i am careful to extract my pound of flesh, like with sepehr he makes me think and gives material for writing . .
what i have figured is the less i have to do with people the better . .
re supps you really want to discuss what you are doing more, target specific problems like sleep rather than go broad brush, some supplements may not meet your needs, like for instance i recently dropped magnesium taurate, don't seem to need it any more perhaps because i am eating a lot of apples ?
the benefit and disadvantage of folapro is that it is "anti-inflammatory " but inflammation also ramps anti viral defenses by the body . .
this is also an issue short term for vitamin D
so depending on the season and your viral status caution is required . .
that is use with caution, watch the timing and cut down amounts . .
but having said that folapro//L-5-methyl tetrahydrofolate is really effective for "wired-type" insomnia, knocks one right down so one sleeps like a baby !
sleeping twice a day every couple of days or so is something else that works well !
if you are not sleeping well, your brain is being damaged !

You probably want to do it regardless, until you bang your head on the walls of stupidity and realize what you're doing lol

thanks for the reply
Deletei've been doing mostly magnesium, zinc, copper and boron but I'm stopping boron now
i've also been taking others but i've been all over with them
so you get boron and magnesium from apples huh...
as for sleep, i don't really take anything for it
i'll look through what i have in terms of sleep stuff
you only need to take folapro occasionally and a bit of vitamin D helps as well
DeleteI lied but I do take those
DeleteWell only took folapro that one day
Take vit d here and there

ReplyDeletewhat do you think of emily dickinson not travelling during her life ?
Deleteone meal !
Deletei don't think she had much opportunity to travel !
she really had no money of her own either, it was different world in therms of the independence of women !
